TRUE FOOD LOVE FOUNDATION PACKAGE

This package is designed for the individual wanting to learn more about the basics of nutrition. Are you unsure of what a balanced diet really means? Over the course of 1 month, you will gain the skills to make sound nutrition decisions to better meet your nutrition needs and keep you feeling nourished and energized. Together we will create a plan that is realistic to help you achieve long term, sustainable goals.

 

2 SESSIONS/PACKAGE: $215

          Package Includes:

  • Initial comprehensive nutrition session (60 min)
  • One supportive follow-up session (30 min)
  • Nutrition basics info sheet
  • Goal setting, successes/challenges, accountability
  • Personalized meal and snack ideas available with each session
  • Email support available between sessions

 

*Initial session will begin with a review of your nutrition and medical history, followed by an assessment of your past & current lifestyle habits and future health goals. During the follow-up session, we will discuss progress, or any obstacles to meeting your goals.

 

 

TRUE FOOD LOVE MINDFUL EATING PACKAGE

This package is designed for the individual wanting to move away from the diet mentality and develop a long-lasting, healthy relationship with food, mind, and body. Over the course of 3-6 months, I will help you become a more mindful eater and improve your relationship with food. Using the principles of intuitive eating along with self-care, you will gain an understanding of the mind-body connection needed to honor your health. Together we will create a plan that is achievable and realistic to conquer your challenges and achieve long term, sustainable goals.

 

6 SESSIONS/PACKAGE: $550

          Package Includes:

  • Initial comprehensive nutrition session (60 min)

  • Five supportive follow-up sessions (30 min)

  • Gain specific tools related to learning your hunger and fullness cues, mindful eating techniques, and alternatives to emotional eating
  • Mindful eating workbook
  • Goal setting, successes/challenges, accountability
  • Email support available between sessions
