Your personal grocery tour guide! Together we will rediscover the fun and easy method to grocery shopping. I will give you the tools you need to become a smarter shopper and find the foods that fit in with your lifestyle and health goals.

Individual Tour: $90 per person, per tour.

Small Group Tour (Three or more people): $45 per person, per tour.

Need help improving your skills in the kitchen or learning how to cook healthy meals? I will come to you and together we will prepare a delicious, nourishing meal that you can enjoy and feel proud of. Allow 1-2 hrs for meal preparation.

• Recipe ingredient list using high-quality, lean proteins and fresh organic produce
• Easy-to-follow recipe instructions to prepare a healthy meal (4-servings)
• Guidance in healthy meal prep techniques
